Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original organic cotton bags and include all original tags to ensure the return is processed successfully.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided through our portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
